PowerBuilder/InfoMaker Installer shows “Download failed” when downloading files during the installation process or generating the offline installer.
There are following possible causes to the issue:
1. The current machine cannot connect to the Internet.
2. The current Windows user doesn’t have sufficient privilege to download files to the Download Location specified.
1. Make sure the current machine has access to the Internet (the installer doesn’t support using a proxy with login credentials.
2. Grant full access to the Download Location you specify.
