Sometimes you may not find the Appeon plug-ins in IE for some reasons. In this case, please follow the following steps to clean up the Appeon plug-ins.
Step 1:
For 32-bit plug-ins, run PluginClean.exe included in the attachment pluginclean;
For 64-bit plug-ins, run PluginClean64.exe included in the attachment pluginclean.
Step 2: select 'weblibrary' and click ‘Search’ to find weblibray*.dll.
Step 3: click 'UnInstall' to delete the file and the related registry items.
Step 4: select 'ceondownloadcenter' and click ‘Search’ to find ceondownloadcenter*.dll.
Step 5: click 'UnInstall' to delete the file and the related registry items (as shown in the attachment image001.png).
