Downloading and Installing UCRT

If you are installing Universal Edition or Cloud Edition, and if you select to install PowerBuilder as well as SnapDevelop (PB Edition) so as to empower PowerBuilder IDE with the following C# features: Import C# Solution, Generate C# Models, C# Core Web API, C# Assembly etc., you must have Universal C Runtime (CRT) installed on your development machine.

In Windows 10, UCRT is installed by default; in the other Windows platforms, if PowerBuilder installer detects that UCRT is not installed, it will provide the package list according to your platform, and you must download and install the package in the order listed.

You may check the required package in the following table.

Note that you must install the package one by one in the order listed.
