Hi Andreas,

Thanks for your valuable suggestion. I'll record "load html from blob" as a
new requirement/enhancement request and transfer it to our product team for
consideration.

Hi.
As I'm the person who wrote the mentioned question in appeon community I want to thank Miguel for opening that ticket.
Miguel, I tottaly agree with your statement: "As in general, it would be nice to have full control over anything that we would be able to control when using CEF. If not it's going to take forever before we have a fully functional Webbrowser control."

I want to mention another thing that I found annoying in the generated pdf: It adds the current date to the upper left corner, but this is always in "mm/dd/yyyy" format.
Also, one thing that I'm missing currently in this control (but I can open another enhancement request) is the ability to load html from blob instead to open it from a disk location (I guess there may be some workarounds using javascript, but this would require more coding).

Anyway, I believe that webbrowser control is useful but we need more control on it.

Andreas.

Hi Miguel,

For the CEF version, our engineers have been working on upgrading the version. But they found changes in the interfaces and other aspects so they need some time to handle it.

ZhaoKai

*Phenomenon:
We have the new and great new webbrowser control with for example a function to "PrintAsPDF". The problem is that we have very little control on how that print would come out.
We'd like to have all of these properties / functionalities available:
http://cefsharp.github.io/api/75.1.x/html/T_CefSharp_PdfPrintSettings.htm

As in general, it would be nice to have full control over anything that we would be able to control when using CEF. If not it's going to take forever before we have a fully functional Webbrowser control.

Also on a side-note: when I navigate to "https://www.google.es" I'm being asked if I want to upgrade to Chromes latest version as "the one I'm using" (the webbrowser control), is outdated.
regards.
