Gotcha ... yes, that only works on existing IDE menus.

I will now transfer this ticket over to the main Support /  Engineering  team as an enhancement request.

That is what I am talking about. I want to be able to assign a keyboard shortcut on that window.

  What about using a "Custom" icon mapped to an external App (see attached example)?

Enhancement Request:

The 'Toolbar Item Command' window should allow for assigning keyboard shortcuts to custom toolbar buttons.

I have an external program running from a custom toolbar item and would like to launch it via a keystroke instead of with the mouse.

Also, it would be nice if you could add the currently defined custom toolbar items to the end of the Tools menu.
