Resume of the problem:
PrintSetup() already prints the document (and not in a valid PDF result), when choosing "Microsoft PDF printer".
PrintSetup() works the way it should when choosing CutePDF Writer. (iow, it doesn't print).

As described in the subject: Choosing MS print to PDF printer will try to print TWICE
When using the pb.ini setting UseHwnd=No, we gain some performance but when printing a datastore by doing Print(true, true), the Printsetup() dialog no longer shows. To work around this, we want to first call PrintSetup() and then Print(false, false).
The problem here, is that when you choose MS PDF printer, you'll be prompted TWICE to write the PDF. With CutePDFWriter, all goes well.
Is this an Appeon or a Microsoft bug?
See: https://community.appeon.com/index.php/qna/q-a/printsetup-and-choosing-ms-pdf-printer-already-prints-the-datastore-not-in-a-valid-format where I explain the problem in more depth.
