Hi Malek,

Please post your update in bug to ensure it is being properly received
and tracked by our tech support. Thanks!

Glad to hear that all work well with runtime 2728.

As I mentioned before, there have been some changes to Build 2728 and it is not compatible with previous versions of PowerClient application. Please upgrade your runtime 2670 application to 2728 to solve the issue.

Regards,
ZhaoKai

Hi Zhaokia
Thursday 23rd at 10AM eastern time will work for me.
I deployed the CAL and runtime 2728 then deployed the application with runtime 2728 and that worked fine.

Build 2728 with runtime 2670 still fails

Thanks
Malek

We are on Mid-Autumn festival holiday next Monday and won’t be back till Wednesday. Let’s have the meeting next Thursday 2:00 PM our time (10:00 AM your time?), is this ok?

Please try uploading CAL and runtime 2728, and then deploy the application with runtime 2728 too to see if it works well.

Regards,
ZhaoKai

Hi
Teamviewer will work for me, you are 4 hours ahead of me so looks like we only have 15 minutes left for today.
Let me know if you can today if not please setup a time frame for Monday.

Thanks
Malek

Hi
Yes using Build 2728 runtime 19.2.0.2670
I deployed the CAL and the runtime then I build and deployed the application.
All say it worked fine then using the browser I get the error.

Thanks
Malek

Hi Maleck,

Have you deployed the application again after upgrading to build 2728? There have been some changes to Build 2728 and it is not compatible with previous versions of PowerClient application, so after upgrading the IDE, please upload the CAL and the runtime again, then deploy the PowerClient application again to web server.

If this doesn't help, please try reinstalling CAL, and let's schedule a remote session to debug it. We would recommend you to make the remote session during our working time which is 9:00 ~ 17:00 (we are in UTC+8 ) thus we can get immediate help from the other team if necessary. Regarding the tool to make the remote session, we usually use GTM or TeamViewer, and TeamViewer is preferred because its response is quicker than GTM during the session, but we can use the other tools that you think is better. Anyway, please let us know when you can make the session and which tool you'd like to use for this session.

Regards,
ZhaoKai

Hi Maleck;

This might be related to your Anti-Virus. This was the issue on this ticket where the customer had the same error code ....
