  Gracias por confirmar que el problema es con la contraseña del sitio web de Appeon y sí, está vinculada a su cuenta y contraseña de inicio de sesión de PowerBuilder.

   Puede restablecer su contraseña procediendo al diálogo de "inicio de sesión" del sitio web de Appeon. Allí verá un "¿Olvidó su contraseña?" enlace. Si sigue eso, debería poder restablecer la contraseña. Eso también desbloqueará su inicio de sesión de PowerBuilder y esa contraseña.

   Ahora también transferiré este ticket al equipo principal de soporte del sitio web para ayudarlo a restablecer la contraseña si el dialgue de inicio de sesión "restablecimiento de contraseña" falla.
