Hi Ritika;

  This is normally an issue where you have another instance of PowerBuilder running that was not shut down properly or is still running on another machine. If the latter, return to the secondary PC and close the PB IDE.

  If the issue is because the IDE was not closed properly, you can end the current session by forcing a logout. Here is the URL to your User Center on the Appeon Website where you can perform the logout process:


  Note that you must be a license administrator in your organization to perform this action. If you are not, please contact the person in your organization that has this authority to perform the logout.
