Currently we don’t have a plan to implement this functionality but we will consider it as a requirement.

*Phenomenon:
I cannot start an instance of PB2019 at the same time with PB2017.
This makes it very difficult to compare the behavior of the software during migration tests.
And it is very cumbersome to work on two projects in different PB versions at the same time. Especially if you work in support! 

*Reproduce Steps:
Start PB2019 and PB2017 on the same machine with the same user

Remarks:
Could you rethink your licenses mechanism? 
Maybe you can implement a “Use license for this PowerBuilder” button to enable/disable working with a PowerBuilder instance.  That guaranties you that just one person is using the license but helps us a lot with our multitasking project work.
