Hi Saravanakumar;

  Please try the DDC feature in PS2019. I you still find an issue with its behaviour, please open a new support ticket for this issue.

  I will close this ticket.

Hi  Saravanakumar;

  Great news .. the problem is fixed in PowerServer 2019. PS2019 will be shipping with PB2019 at the end of May, 2019. If you upgrade to to PB2017R3 MR02 (build 1880) now - you can use PS2019 with that PB version today.

Hi  Saravanakumar;

  I have just tested a similar application with a Calendar Edit Mask setting. The native PB App version requires 2 clicks on the 1st use of the column with the calendar. One to get column focus an the next to fire the DDC. Once the DDC column remains focused, only a single click is required to reactivate the DDC.

  On a web version of the same application with the DDC. The 1st time behaviour is the same - one click to force the column;s focus and a 2nd click to get the DDC. However, once the DDC column remains focused, I see your issue about a double-clicking the arrow twice to get the DDC to reappear. This happens in the IE web browser plug-in and the multi-browser plug-in as well (FF, Chrome, Opera, & Edge).

  I am currently testing using PB 2017R3 MR02 (build 1880) with the same PS Toolkit version along with PS2017.

  I will now test the same with the new PS2019 and get back to you shortly on my findings in the new release. PS2019 uses a newer plug-in that has a new jScript rendering engine.

*Phenomenon:
I'm using Power Builder Version 2017 R3 Build 1858.

I have chosen EditMask style type and "Drop-down Calendar" property for a column in a data object.

When I run the application from power builder/exe, the calendar pop-up is opening on the very first click.

But if I deploy the application into Web, the calendar pop-up is not opening on first click.
On first click, the column is getting focus and calendar pop-up is opening on 2nd or 3rd click only.

Can you suggest, any other settings to be done to open the calendar pop-up on first click in web?
