Hi Huy,

Thanks for reporting this problem! We reproduced it on our end and will do
further research to figure it out. We will keep you posted about the
progress.

This issue is related to the phone language/date format, based on our
experience, on some Android device, you can work around the issue by
changing the system date format. You can try changing the device’s system
date format to 'YYYY-MM-DD'(or 'YYYY/MM/DD') and see if it solves this issue.

Regards,
ZhaoKai
Hi ZhaoKai, fyi, I changed the language of Samsung smartphone to English and It works ok. P/s: still waiting for solution for Vietnamese language, local users have difficulty with English. Thanks Huy Nguyen

Hi Huy,

Thank you for providing test case! please provide information below to us
for more study, thanks.
1 Does this issue occurred on Web?
2 Does this issue occurred on iOS?
3 The language and region settings on Device.

Please note the NLS_LANG on the machine where the Appeon server located at
should be the same with the one in the database. You can go to the Register
on
the server where the Appeon server is installed to check if the NLS_LANG in
the
directory: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE>SOFTWARE>ORICAL (or
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\ORACLE) is the same with the one in
database. If they are different, change it as per the one in database and
restart the machine.

The NLS_LANG value is in the format
[NLS_LANGUAGE]_[NLS_TERRITORY].[NLS_CHARACTERSET], it is
"AMERICAN_AMERICA.AL32UTF8" on our end.

Please refer to the article below for details.
https://docs.oracle.com/cd/E12102_01/books/AnyInstAdm784/
AnyInstAdmPreInstall18.html

You could use the below SQL statement to check the parameter in the database.
SELECT * FROM nls_database_parameter;

Hi Huy;

  If you run an SQL trace, does this help in clarifying why O11G is not accepting the DWO's date?

SQLCA.DBMS = "TRACE ORA"
