YW,

Regards. (as a workaround I keep my 12.6 and even 12.0 help files, because in those I'm used to finding certain information by using specific keywords :)

Hi Miquel;

  Thank you for bringing this to our attention. I have noticed the same as of late as well. Appeon is using a different approach to building CHM help files than Sybase did in its v12.x series. The current help technique may be a factor in the help file behaviour change (just my guess).

   I will now pass this ticket over to the main Support/Documentation teams for their input on this problem.

Regards ... Chris

2 desired result of doing Shift+F1.png (105KB)

1 result of shift+F1 with cursor on Find()PNG.PNG (12KB)

*Phenomenon:
The way the help file works is getting worse with every version in my opinion. Before (12.6), when doing a Shift+F1, having the cursor positioned on top of a word like "Find(..", it would show the relevant help.
Now it doesn't. Please see the attachment and the attachment of the next message.
