Hi Aron;

     Great suggestions! I will forward this on to our Appeon Engineering team for inclusion on their PB enhancement list.

Regards ... Chris
PS: I wrote my own DWO debugging feature as well in my own frameworks many years ago too. ;-)

I was at the Appeon PowerBuilder Summit in Barcelona last week, and while Ascential Test (it looks great and I am definitely going to bring it up for discussion with my PowerBuilder development team) was being demoed I noticed it has the ability to view all kinds of useful information, including the contents of data, in datawindows / datastores. This is something that PowerBuilder itself has been lacking, well, since forever. There is a pretty good debugger, but the fact you can’t see inside of a datawindow from the debugger is just crazy, and I’ve never understood why that hasn’t been added. I’ve written my own measly datawindow viewer, but I’m sure you have all the necessary skills to make a much, much better one.

Please consider adding a datawindow / datastore viewer that's accessible from the debugger, and if possible available easily from applications running from a build outside of the IDE. If I'd have had this over the past 20 years I would have saved a lot of time and effort!!!
