new dataobject

Hi Yakov & Abhijith,

Sorry for the late reply.
I used PB 2017 R3 1915 to verify your issue again and found that it relates to the setting of the Margin property.
The issue could be worked around if I clear the associated Margin default value.

You can refer to the attached DataWindow to solve this issue. Even though it displays normally under the print preview mode.

Regards,
Mark Lee

Hi, I also have the same problem in 2017 R2. Is this fixed in any future releases or is in the pipeline ? Is there a work around to get all the summary details in the previous page if there are enough space in the previous page?

Hi Yakov,

Thanks for reporting this problem.
We reporduced it on our end and will do further research to figure it out.
We will keep you posted about the progress.

By the way, we've found that PB 11.5 & PB12.6 have same behavior as well.

Regards,
Mark Lee

*Phenomenon:

All rows and summary display properly in screen display mode. BUT when switching to *PrintPreview* mode, the last row is 'orphaned' from the rows list. A page break occurs and the last row is displayed on the new page together with the summary.

*Reproduce Steps:

Import the attached datawindow. - observe composition in preview mode. Summary immediately follows row data.

Turn on PrintPreview mode. Observe that the last row is shown on the next page together with the summary even though there is room for it on the detail row page!

The same behavior occurs in a running program - both on printed page and on screen when in print preview mode

The last detail row should appear with the detail data, not on the summary after page break
Remark:

Once the issue is corrected, please consider adding a property to control the behavior
